Founded in 1990 by Engr. Radka Stamenova, Meridian 22 Ltd. has become a prominent name in business circles, renowned not only for organizing international exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad but also for its significant contributions to education. Its vision to blend Bulgaria’s educational traditions with the demands of the modern era is embodied in the establishment of a Primary School, High School, and Kindergarten.

Since 1998, Meridian 22 Private High School has been operating with curricula approved by the Ministry of Education and Science for intensive foreign language studies (license No. RD 14-23/29.04.1998 by the Ministry of Education and Science). In recent years, the school has specialized as an English language High School. Starting from the 2023/2024 academic year, entrepreneurship training has been included in both the "Entrepreneurship" and "Foreign Languages" profiles.

During the summer, Meridian 22 students enhance their language skills through courses at Select English in Cambridge, UK. More information about the school's educational programs can be found in the "Education" section.

The most significant milestone in Meridian 22 High School’s development was its full membership in the International Baccalaureate Organization, which it joined in June 2009. The school has been authorized as an IB World School (No. 4671) with the right to implement the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) since the 2009/2010 academic year.
