Pink Shirt Day

On February 26, 2025, Wednesday, wear your pink blouses, t-shirts, shirts, or sweaters to show solidarity with the victims of violence and bullying!
Let’s say NO to bullying again this year!
Pink Shirt Day is an event held on the last Wednesday of February each year. On this day, the pink shirt symbolizes a protest against bullies in schools and beyond.

Ten years ago, in Canada, after students witnessed the bullying of a classmate who was wearing a pink shirt, they decided to all wear pink shirts the next day as a sign of protest against school bullying.

Bullying, whether in schools or elsewhere, occurs when malicious behavior aims to harm or humiliate a child, according to the "Mechanism for Combating Bullying and Violence in Institutions of Preschool and School Education" by the Ministry of Education and Science. This behavior is typically carried out from a position of dominance, which is used to physically or mentally hurt, humiliate, or isolate the other person. Bullying is typically a repeated action.
