We Visited Biofest

Today, our students from Grades 9 and 10 visited Biofest, where they had the opportunity to plant seeds of various types of plants, explore the world of yeast, and learn why dough rises. They prepared a slide by taking cells from the inside of their mouths and observed them under a microscope. They visited different stands and saw various slides, preserved animals, took fingerprints, and identified their personality types based on them.
They toured laboratories of microbiology, vertebrate and invertebrate zoology, botany, and the S.K.O.R.E.Ts. club, and examined various animals kept at the Faculty of Biology.
We ended our tour with a quiz, and our students won several prizes!
